Research and Development

The success of our operations as a company can be traced to research and development. Our goal is to enhance the quality of the SSF and Precipitated Silica that we make and sell to our clients. The research and development programs are intended to enhance the safety standards of our products while ensuring that their applications are well-understood and improved. Through research and development, we have been able to initiate the reusing of the by-products obtained through one process- as the input for another operational process, thereby enabling a zero effluent discharge plant. Our efforts in research and development are currently focused on:

1. Incorporation of technology in the efforts to enhance the levels and effectiveness of our products and services.

2. The minimization of our carbon footprint to ensure we contribute positively to the success of our operations. We are making significant progress so far.

The research and development efforts have enabled us to succeed in different ways. Upon an assessment of our operations, we realize that the research and development efforts we have been undertaking have enabled us to:

1. Thoroughly eliminating water pollution, which is a key achievement that most of our competitors are yet to realize.

2. Manage our employees efficiently using appropriate human resource strategies, thereby ensuring a work-life balance, which has yielded much of the success we have attained internally.

3. Durableand sustainable packaging of products that we sell to our customers.

4. Develop effective operational procedures to further improve the purity and compositional accuracy of the products that we make to ensure their highest utility and usability to the end-users.

We are still focused on research and development undertakings in our operations as we seek to ensure even more success in the activities that we are engaged in as a Company. Currently, our R&D focus is on the following aspects of our operations:
